Hi, I am making a cheese fondue this weekend. I am making it with a dry white wine and I need a recommendation as to what wine to use.

I'm also having a filet of beef with my cheese fondue, the fondue will be paired with brocoli, new potatoes and french bread. I'm also having stuffed sausage mushrooms and chocolate covered straberries.

So my 2 questions are:

1. What Dry white wine to use for my fondue.
2. Should I serve the food with the same white wine I made my fondue or since i have beef should I include a red wine?

Your recomendations will be greatly appreciated.

Thanks

ANGIE
