An inventor and amatuer chef has come up with a new way of aeroating wine...Put that sucker in a blender! Nathan Myhrovald says that wine is a food in liquid form and therefore if it needs air to shed tasnnins, acid, nasty taste, etc. the best and most efficient way it to put it in a blender.
