Cincinnato Castore Lazio Bianco
Well, the giveaway that this isn't a wine for the Weener is the Bianco designation. This wine is made from the ancient Bellone grape, and almost all of it grown in the world is in Latium. Wonderfully soft with notes of white peaches and lychee. This is now my go to white wine. Cincinnato is a cooperative and the growers are paid for the quality of their grapes, not the quantity. We sell it for $13.
