And dress warmly.... it's guaranteed to be cold and wet.<P>You can equip your storage space with chromed metal racks from Sam's Club for as little as $56 per 168-bottle rack; and they have locking casters, so they can be moved easily. Five of them would handle 840 bottles for a cost of $280. That's about as cheap as you'll find anywhere, and you wouldn't have the hassle of construction, just very simple assembly.
