I know this is a subjective issue, but what are the thoughts on storing wine against the concrete foundation of a basement? I have a "closet" partitioned and insulated from the rest of the finished basement. The temperature varies (gradually) over the seasons from 60 to 67F. Could I keep some decent wines (e.g. '96 Cantemerle, '95 La Lagune) in there for 5 to 10 years without them aging improperly?<P>Thanks, Warren
