Hi Gharabed and welcome to the board. I don`t believe Ruby Ports of any shipper would be drinkable after 70 years. Most Vintage ports are structured to last and the oldest and best I`ve experienced was only 60 years old at the time.Doubt sincerely if this bottle has any value other than the curiosity quotient. One way to find out is to open that baby up and see if she lives. winoweenie
