I have a 1979 Zinfandel from the Deer Park Winery in Napa Valley. Is this still drinkable?
Thanks!

Zinfandel FOR THE MOST PART is made to drink within 3-5 years of production. A few rare ones will age this long, e.g. Joseph Swan and Ridge Geyserville. Deer Park falls in the 3-5 year category.
