They're dropping like flies!!

BTW, Bucko - What's the easiest way to get from SeaTac to Prosser. From what I see on the maps it looks to me like 405 to 90 to 82.

KC -- you got it.

Hotsie -- ya big sissy. I was only kidding about the latex glove.

Now if we can only get WW to drop out ...

I have to drop out also. Looks like I have to get part of my roof fixed and have the in-ground oil tank removed. So long discretionary funds. Too bad I wasn't born rich instead of beautiful.

I know. I am very disappointed, but life throws us some unexpected curve balls. I hate to think of all the fun I'll be missing. Meanwhile I intend to keep playing the lottery.

Anne and I are still coming. I believe she's booking things this weekend. She got overloaded at work, so she put it off a bit. We'll be in Willamette prior to the offline, probably through Thursday, then head to WA to spend Thursday night so that we're in place for Friday tours, tastes, etc.

Wonders -- I'll be in touch shortly about our Oregon plans and itinerary.

I told Judye what I had posted here and she stated flatly that we're coming over for one day, for certain, and will stay over if we can. So, count us in as part-timers, I guess, as usual subject to the vagaries fo fate.

Anne and I have booked the trip. We'll be staying at the Best Western Newberg Inn in the Willamette Valley from 8/2 to the morning of 8/5, when we depart for the Inn at Horse Heaven in Prosser. Will be in Prosser for Friday and Saturday fun with the group, though we're heading back to Atlanta on Sunday to hit the ground running at work the following week

We look forward to meeting those of you who can make it!

See you soon!

Wonders -- We're still planning our winery visits in Oregon, and I'll be in touch regarding our possibly meeting up for some tastings at some point, if your plans allow for it

For those who were wondering, or even if you weren't, we'll be in on the evening of the 4th and out the morning of the 8th. Then we're going to Gig Harbor to visit some friends and do some sailing in Puget Sound, and back home on the 11th. Oh yeah, we're bringing our friend Don, a real wine lover (but novice) and a great sailor.

Lots of things happening to a great portion of our group-- will really miss meeting you all! (Next trip.)

Hotel informs me that we have 4 reservations right now. Let me know by email if you are coming but have not yet reserved your room. I will need a final count by next Friday so I can let the peep's involved know our size. There will also be a couple traveling with us from Prosser and my business partner, Greg. (WW-- no comment!)

Will then send out final info before the 20th.

Please email me if you have any questions. I am running crazy this month with projects-- when you get out here and see what I am invovled in daily-- you'll understand all....

I don't get on here enough-- I need to work on that!!! But I do anwser emails...

Take care all! Hotwine, I will call you this weekend.

Kat

Can no longer maintain my silence but I was informed in January my 2nd oldest grandaughter is getting married to her fiance on the 4th and I'm the one that's giving her away. My daughter is divorced and it was so acrimonious that neither wants her father at the wedding as they haven't heard from him in 17 years. My Granddaughters fiance is a helicopter pilot in Afganistan so I have tarried about announcing this to the board but told CCK and Hotsie at the time. If anything comes up I will definately make it but as of now it's a go. Hate this more than anyone knows but I'm needed more in Denver than looking at Buckos knees in Washington. What a bummer. WW

Oh, WW, that really is too bad. You and Bucko would have been the life of the party. Well, I hope the wedding is wonderful, and I don't blame her for wanting to have you give her away. She's lucky to have such a cool grandpa!
