2004 Santa Cruz Mtn. wine club cuvee

Opened this for lunch yesterday and must confirm that, like all other bottles from this stellar producer, it hit the spot. Deep brite ruby. Deep black fruits hit the nose along with some barny notes and spice. All come over to the palate and the finish is a stellar 4+ lapper. Can use another 4-6 but is drinkable rite now. 91/95 27 box price 14.4% alc. WW

Had another for lunch yesretday Nose is progressing nicely. Still needs another 1-3 to really flesh out but sure does the job with food. This wine club offering made a total of 24 cases. No change in scoring. WW
