Just came back from a week vaca in Puerto Rico. Loved it and got some sun. Stayed at the El Conquistador resort and had more than a few bottles

2006 Stag's Leap Karia Chardonnay
2006 Au Bon Climat Pinot Noir
2006 Simi Sonoma Cabernet Sauvignon
2006 Ca'Mancada Promis Gaja
2006 La Serre del Nuove
2007 Chateau St. Jean Pinot Noir
2006 Stag's Leap Artemis

Did not write notes but most were good to very nice. I recall the Au Bon Climat being a bit on the acidic side but remainder were consumed too young and way too tight. :0 having said that, great time!

Mike, sounds absolutely smashing! Puerto Rico is on my list of places to go. Interesting set of wines. Ive sold them all but only tasted the Au Bon Climat and Stag's Leap Artemis. How was the Le Serre del Nuove?

Solid, needs some time and lots of air but it's good enough for me to say that I prefer 6 bottles of that than one bottle of it's big brother.

Sounds good, I'll pick up a few to taste over the weekend.
