I'm tryin' to stay ahead of you. Doin' four miles a day, five day per week. Doesn't seem like enough.

well, I do 2 miles per day and weight training every other day plus 125 sit ups every night so I'm in pretty good shape. Bathing suit weather is just around the corner folks.

I found out years ago that to exercise my choice of beverage to the point I wanted I'd have to punish my body daily. Up until 4 years ago I jogged 3 miles daily and did weights 3 times per week. Finally my knees and hip joints decided to start acting up so I now walk the 3 miles daily. Sabbaticals have been a part of my routine for aver 30 years. Have found I can abstain completely easier than put a limit on when I'm in dead stroke. WW

WW- its great that you know yourself weel enough to do that. My 2 milse is also walking- I wrecked my knee and Achilles tendon running. I just feel better when I exercise by doing something. WD
Gee- I just looked at my spelling. It must be because I was talking to you, WW !!
