i am doing a presentation on the ventification of semillion (fermentation, aok, oxidative handling, and aging), but i cant find any info. online.

Semillon is a white wine and there's really nothing particularly unique about winemaking techniques used to make wine from it. So, look in Lum Eisenman's "Home Winemaking Manual", and you should find some good info.
