glass for a romantic dinner? bottle for night?

dinner is served friday after turkey day. there is a chose of filet mignon, chicken, lamb or fish. I'm so lost, that I don't know what color of wine goes with what... Then, at the end of the night, I was planning on a romantic evening where I would buy a bottle. What would be best for this event. I want to spend no more than $100 on the bottle and the glasses for dinner. please help, I'm lost in the vineyards and it's already dark.
