I shopped around for a chianti classico, a recommendation from Innkeeper. I went to shop it out and found one. I'm gonna get it for tonight, but I want to know if this type of wine is better chilled or not.

Doesn't need a chill, but I know people who do it anyway, and like it that way.

If you're new to this wine, I'd try it at room temp first. If you're not liking it for some reason, then try it chilled a little. Chilling might dull the flavor some.
