salads

i'm looking for pairings for two different salads:
chef salad with ceasar dressing
and a potato salad with hard boiled egg and corn (i'm also deliberating as to the best type of dressing to toss this one in...)
any help is appreciated!

Recommend Pinot Noir (a light one) or Beaujolaiz with both. For the potato salad I'd go with a home made mayo with some onion in it.
