Yup, go figure. This beauty is ready to dance right now. Black fruit on the nose, strangely remeninscent to a Pinot. Black berry, pepper, spice and a bit of beef jerky. Great structure and absolutely drink now with or without food. If you choose the food option, don't cheat yourself...go prime rib or filet mignon.
