My paw is a barber by trade. But, he has a small farm. He used to raise some cows and horses. It was about this time of the year he would have us boys out hauling hay. Nothing like throwing hay bales in 90 deg. + weather.
He only has one horse now.

Didn't mean to bother you on your time off from the rug rats Georgie. Your probaly well stocked up with Port this time of year.

No bother at all....let's face it, if we can decipher WW's posts, we can figure out most anything! For 10 months straight, there is a constant tape that plays in my head. It says, "Grade those papers, write those plans, call that parent, finish those report cards, change that bulletin board, etc..." (Gee, maybe Bucko was right about those voices after all..)When it abruptly comes to a halt on the last day of school, frankly, it feels a little strange. Strange in a most delightful way! As for Port, which makes one feel very warm inside, I haven't had much desire to have any in this 90* heat! Today was another scorcher. If it ever gets cool again, I'll be making some Port posts, you can be sure! Although maybe I could drink it while soaking in a cool tub...now that's a thought...hmmm...
