No, I don't think you can order online. Charles Shaw wine, aka "Two Buck Chuck" is available exclusively in Trader Joe's markets, as far as I know.

See traderjoes.com and search for a location near you.

BTW, 2BC is only $2 if you live in CA. Upstate NY pays more, if you can find a Trader Joe's. If there was the remotest chance you could order it on the internet, it would have to be from Trader Joe's HQ in CA. In that case, shipping would cost you about $60 which would ultimately get you a bottle of so-so $7 wine.
