Great bang for the buck with these Cavas. Running about $6 around here, easy case buy decisions. Have had the Extra Dry Rose, the Brut, and the Rose Brut. All were delicious. We love both of the Roses, with the Extra Dry being a bit better -- great as an aperitif. The Brut had refreshing acidity, nice bubbles, and great yeasty bread aromas with a core of citrus flavors. We tore through another 2 bottles last night.

FWIW, a Wine and Spirits Best Buy of Year. I can't think of anything yummier for $6 -- actually less, once you factor in the case discount.

Sounds like a find. I'd probably prefer the rose myself.
