2006 Burgans, Albarino, Rias Baixas ($9.99 NH Liq Store). Alcohol level: 12.5%. You get a floral blast on the nose and upfront. It was nice and clean, and gives you citrus (lemon & orange) and a distinct mineral note in the middle, and it finishes a bit flinty but also with lingering fruity memories. True love says it reminded her of a White Burgundy with and edge!

Matched it with haddock sautéed in butter, Basmati pilaf, and sliced pink Brandywine tomatoes in vinaigrette. It was a happy Friday night!
