For Easter...with cheesy scalloped potatoes, asparagus, strawberry salad and herbed onion rolls?

Welcome to the board. A Burgundy/Pinot Noir should work well. We're having a PN tonight (from Santa Cruz Mtn Vineyard) with pork loin.

Ham (with pineapple slices and a tropical marinade) and scalloped potatoes is what I had for Easter dinner (my fruits later in the evening were a banana and fresh blackberries.) I had planned on a Pinot Noir but still had some Gewurztraminer open in the refrigerator so finished that off instead.

Our Christmas ham was done with a mild black pepper sauce glaze. We drank CS with the ham and the combination was quite pleasing. Veggies included roast potatoes, green beans, and grilled asparagus. The meal and the drink were well received by all five adults. Of course, the grandchildren did not share in the wine.
