2005 Belezos Rioja Reserva

From Bodegas Zugober, alc 13.5%; just released so it's early yet, but an hour standing open was all I could stand to wait... have always enjoyed a Reserva and this one was no exception. Very nice nose, good color, lush on the palate, lingering finish. Can't find the receipt but recall it as something like $17. With D's Spanish chicken concoction smothered in cream of mushroom sauce; I sure don't deserve this.

Interesting that consensus tasting window on CellarTracker opens in 2014; if everybody waits that long, I'll have cleaned out retail stocks. You snooze, you lose.
