Can anyone advise me as to the value of an half bottle of 1966 Bollinger extra vintage champagne?

Hi Graham, and welcome to the Wine Board. Afraid your Champagne is worth little more than as a curio. Half bottles do not fade twice as fast as a full bottle, they fade four times as fast. Can not imagine any conditions under which it could have been preserved.
