We popped our first one tonight. Gave one to my brother a while back, and being a good student, he is still sitting on his till I give the word.

Tonight's was decanted a hour before dinner. It was lovely, but still not completely open. No word to bro yet. We matched it with an Easter dinner of broiled extra thick lamb loin chops, and a large portion of our succatash. Fantastic!

Broke the ole' sabbatical after watching the most thrilling soccer match I've ever had the pleezure to witness(USAvs.Brazillion) Not a lot to add except the aromatics are developing swimmingly. My tongue, throat, tummy, and nose all sent up "thank-you" notes. Outstanding juice :!: :!: WW
