I went out to Harrods tonight and purchased a good hunk of Jamon Iberico. I love this stuff and the guy behind the counter knew how to cut it properly with a knife. Beautify. As we were trying this, he pointed us across the aisle and told us to try a couple of Sherries. One of a sweeter sherry and it was very nice, nutty, sweet and rich. The second one was the drier one, very light in colour. Lacked complexity but gained in crispness, kind of like a white port but with a bit more bite. Did not get producer but it was very nice Made it a good end to a VERY long day.
