What to serve with 1995 Clos du Bois Marlstone

I'm planning on hosting a intimate dinner with close friends this weekend. I want to serve a a great bottle of 1995 Clos du Bois Marlstone. Any suggestions on what to serve to accompany this marvelous wine?

How about Tournedos of Beef topped with Pate or a good old Rack of Lamb...I like red meat with my Meritage blends.

Grilled sweetbreads with a red wine sauce might be good (and different) too.
