Purchased this one in 1977 at Matin Wine Cellars in New Orleans while attending one of the old Heublein Auctions. The wine still had the price tag attached...$8.80.

Very nice wine, once again no thank to cellaring conditions. (I have really come to believe that most wines are much sturdier than we give them credit for.) Beautifully balanced, great fruit throughout, just the right sweetness level and zero alcohol burn. Smelled great...tasted great.
