An after dinner treat served with roquefort cheese. My first experience with properly aged vintage port. Now I understand all the fuss. All the harsh hot edges were gone leaving a soft smooth wine I could not get enough of. It was best described by one family member as more like a white desert wine in it's soft heavy coating mouth feel rather than a typical LBV or Tawny with it's hot alcholoic edges. The price tag was still on it at $42.
