Paso Robles. 86% Zinfandel, 14% Petite Sirah. Picked up 6 the other day for $18 each and popped one last night. Very dark in the glass but not opaque. Briary black fruit, blackberry with hints of black pepper and vanilla. Very approachable at this young stage and the Petite Sirah really shows more than 14%. A nice wine and showing a little heat from it's 14.7% Alc/vol.
