2004 Sin Zin Alex Valley

Finally a zin that lives up to its' breeding. Didn't realize this was bottled by Alex Valley Vineyards. Have been a sporadic producer since their killer 78 Chardonnay. Lovely property I've passed hundreds of times going from Healdsburg to Calistoga. Loads of nice plush black fruits, spices and some cocoa in the nose that comes over on the palate. Solid entry, weighty center and a solid 3+-lapper finish. 88/89 17 by the box.14% alc. WW
