50% Mendocino County and 50% Amador County grapes.
Delicious spicy, briary raspberry and dark cherry flavors. Full bodied but not weighty in the mouth. Matched perfectly with grilled ahi tuna. One of the best zins I've had this year and totally food friendly. The only negative is the 15.9% Alcohol which is completely hidden. The label says this wine was not aged in oak barrels, wow, I didn't think such a thing was possible with a zin . $15
