2000 Round Hill Merlot

had this while out for dinner Friday night. lots of fruit on the nose and in the first mouthful with a strong impression of dark cherries, very smooth finish. finished the bottle over some good conversation and a wonderful endive, bleu cheese and caramelized walnut salad. This has been a frequent order at my favorite restaurant for a while- consistently good. WD
