2001 Black Box Wines Merlot

Yup, a 3L BOX, [img]http://wines.com/ubb2/eek.gif[/img], of Sonoma Calif. Merlot. One of my fav wine shops was offering samples and this stuff is really nice! Clear ruby. Dark fruit and cherry flavors with some earthy nuances and a tad of vanilla. Good structure and fine grained tannins on the 20sec. finish. A well made, tasty, everyday wine. 13.5% Alc/vol. $18(3L box)...that's $4.50 per .750!!
