Hi,

Anyone have any ideas for vegtable side dishes that would go well with roses?

Possibly zucchini fritters or stuffed eggplant. Will watch to see what else is suggested.

I always concentrate on matching wine with the main course, and make sure the side dishes don't overwhelm the main or the wine. Certainly wouldn't go with anything too strong or spicy.
