2009 Valdivieso Merlot

This is a very deep purple Merlot with an aroma like a camp fire. Its med-full body. This has a very savory taste of smoke and oak. It also is a little on the sulfuric side.

I guess I was referring to the campfire/matches taste to it. I didn't dislike it but I wouldn't buy it again. But my husband really liked it though.
