Found something for Zabaco

Bed of fresh baby spinach leaves. Toss in some diced onions and grape tomatoes. Coat the salad with a bit of home made dijon vinaigrette. Then, top off with a liberal couple of tablespoons of blackened tuna salad.

Wine to match with this refreshingly light meal: 2001 Rancho Zabaco Sonoma Heritage Vines Zinfandel.
