what kind of wine should be served with pasta with a black truffle butter sauce?
it will have grated truffled pecorino tuscano and some shaved black truffles on top.

thank you. what australian wine would you recommend or would resemble a roussanne?

Hi Ricky, and welcome to the Wine Board. Recommend a Roussanne.

I have honestly enjoyed good Hermitage Blanc wine from the Upper Rhone. I would suggest you go with this for what you're cooking.
