Matariki Anthology 97

My wine guy recommended this, and I've since gone back for a case. A NZ blend of Merlot, Cab Franc, Cab and Syrah. Really a nice wine with lots of red fruit, but showing good balance and complexity from the bottle age. I didn't know reds (other than pinot) from NZ could taste this good. This was a steal at $10.99,but probably won't be easy to find.
