2001 Leasingham, Magnus, Shiraz (52%) Cabernet Sauvignon (48%), Clare Valley ($9.99 New Hampshire Liquor Store). Alcohol level 13.5%. It is tough writing a TN after tasting a wine with a cold! Can tell that is richly flavored, full bodied, and balanced; and that's what's important. Matched with marinated flank steak, rolls, and salad. Very nice under the circumstances.

Sorry about the cold, IK. I was feeling miserable last Saturday (runny nose, etc.) but somewhat better by Sunday. Not a prolonged cold this time. Sunday evening went to see the Cape Fear Regional Theater production of "Steel Magnolias" which was very well acted.

Thanks for the one up on the Magnus...have passed it on the shelf for no reason.
