Ineed a recommendation for a wine to go well with chocolate fondu with fruit and pound cake. any suggestions?

Hi Shawna and welcome to the Wine Board. Recommend either a Banyuls or a Maury which are fortified Grenaches from the South of France. Go perfectly with chocolate.

I like IK's suggestion. If you can't find a Banyuls you might try a ruby Port or Banfi Rosa Regale Brachetto--a sparkling wine from Italy with strawberry flavors that seems to go well with chocolate.
