Thanks for the help with the quiche. I am having an all French dinner party and wine tasting. So, I'm looking for a lot of new wines. For dessert, I am making mousse au chocolat. Does anyone please have any suggestions for a French wine that would match this dessert well? Thanks! Beth

There are some excellent ports such as Osborne that go very well with chocolate. Alas, though they are not French...

Beth, I was shopping for wine today and tried a Cabernet Sauvingnon at the shop and thought that it would go well with chocolate. I myself had never heard of that pearing, but if you read futher down this thread you will find that Mr. D talked about this. The wine I tried and purchased is Excelsior CS 2002 made in S. Africa ($12.99), the first taste I noticed was chocolate.
