1992 Penfolds Bin 707 Cabernet

My how this hummer has developed. Still deep ruby, no rim. Heady aroma on opening that fills the area. Exotic spices, red and black fruits, cassis, and floral notes. On the palate all come across with the addition of a surprise minty/eucalyptis component, ala Heitz Marthas'. Solid entry, weighty center and a 4&1/2 lapper finish. Soft tannins in the background but close to peaking. Should hold another 6-8. 92/92. 39 by the box. 13.5% alc. WW
