McLaren Vale.
Highly Recommended. Fermented in stainless steel followed by 12 months maturation in French oak barriques. Very concentrated with dark and red berry, blackberry flavors with complimentry notes of earthy spice, dark chocolate and fruit stem. Black/purple in the glass with a very long, persistant finish. Not a goop or oak Oz monster. My only complaint was the wine is very heady at 15.5% Alc/vol. $20
