Thought I posted on this but couldn't find the post.
Western Australia.
Cool weather shiraz showing elegant black fruit and dark cherry flavors with subtle minerality and a long finish. A very nice Oz food wine and, unlike the many goopy shiraz that flood the market, this wine reminds me of a northern Rhone with an Aussie twist. Delicious and bought a case on sale at $12 per bottle. 14.7% Alc/vol.
