I want to know something. What wines would go w/ main course & dessert. I need one for each. I am making Beef Stroganoff Coca-Cola on Eggnoodles w/ Russian Lecho & for dessert I am making a Fatfree Ukrainian Cheesecake. I would really like answer ASAP. Thank-you

Hi Soapy, and welcome to the Wine Board. Look for a lusty red blend such as Marietta Old Vine Red, or another of that ilk for your main course. A white dessert wine might be better than a red one, but since you will already be into reds, go with a Port.
