2004 Excelsior Cabernet Sauvignon

South Africa. Well it's back to the style of the 2002. Deep, dark and lush style with hints of dark chocolate. Very nice cab in that lush, fruit forward style that many S.A.
wines exhibit. Recorked a half bottle and poured after a day and the wine was even better, showing more concentration and complexity with some deeper currant and earthy flavors. Long finish. Nice value again at $9.99. 14.5%Alc/vol.
