95% Shiraz and 5% Viognier.
Very unlike the Black Chook. Very rich Oz fruit bomb and not over oaked. Pure fruit, oily mouthfeel of blackberry, a hint of chocolate and spice. The Viognier added a beautiful floral nose of white flowers and honeysuckle. This one I very much enjoyed just for the drinking pleasure after dinner. 14.5%Alc/vol. $15
