2005 Vilafonte Series C

This wine was sitting in the warehouse and I did a grab'n'go to taste at a lamb dinner. Cabernet, Merlot, Cab Franc, and Malbec blend delivering mocha, plum, fig, and a concentrated raspberry fruit blend with silky ripe tannins. This wine is fantastic. A little pricey, but it can be found for a good price somewhere in the US...:-)
