chicken oreganata and what wine?

Just a real quick ? for advice. I am prepping an baked Chicken oreganata for a friend with a relatively spicy potato dish this comming week. I will also be serving a salad and another veggie. What potential wine recommendations would anyone have? I am fairly new at this, so any advice would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!
