Tasted again on Christmas Day with rare roast beef, garlic mashed potatoes and assorted veggies.

Full throttle Grenache peppery flavors, big nose, long finish.

A CdP on steroids.

Doc, they're gonna get tired of us slinging this wine as hard as we have. OTOH, I know of a couple people who went out and bought some. Roberta, Paul? Tried it yet?

Folks,

Hats off to Doc and His Johnson-ness. Thanks to you folks I bought 6 and wish I had more. CdP on steroids is a grand picture.

Cheers,

I opened the first of this series tonight. It is a great bottle for the price. Luscious fruit, a hint of caramel, woodsy notes. Very soft but there wasn't a lot on the finish. Very easy to drink. :-) Glad I have more.
